Lawful basis

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the UK, we process your Personal Information under the following lawful bases, as applicable:

Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it. See "Your rights" below for more on your right of erasure.

  • A temporary block on payment cards associated with blocked IP addresses, lasting a small number of days.

These processes do not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
